How your data is saved
SiteLedger is the one db26 app that does not keep your work on your own machine — and that is deliberate. The commercial record of a job needs to outlive the laptop it was typed on.
Stored on our servers
Your enquiries, estimates, projects, orders and valuations are held centrally, so the same current picture is there from any computer you sign in from — and a lost or replaced machine takes nothing with it.
Separated from everyone else's
Every record belongs to your company and only your company — the same arrangement as online banking, where one system holds everybody's records and shows each person only their own. The separation is enforced by the database itself rather than by the app, so it holds even if a page or a link is wrong.
Only you can get in
Your company's records are reachable only from your own signed-in account. A membership covers a single user today, so nobody else has a way in.
Exports are yours
Quotes, valuations and reports export as PDF, so the documents that matter can be filed, emailed and kept outside the system too.

- The other db26 tools keep your work on your own computer, so it stays on that machine. SiteLedger stores your jobs securely online instead, so the same picture is there whichever computer you sign in from — and nothing is lost if a laptop is.
- Where is my data stored?
- On our servers in a secure database, which works the same way your online banking does: one system holds every customer's records, and it only ever serves you yours. Your company's data is separated from every other company's by the database itself, not just by the app — so there is no screen or link that could show you someone else's work, or them yours.
- Can I add my team?
- Not yet. A SiteLedger membership covers one user at the moment. Team access with per-person permissions is built and being tested, and will follow — join and we will tell you when it opens.
- What will it cost?
- SiteLedger will be £59.99 a month, or £599 a year. One membership covers your company.
